Complete zinc anode kit for the Caterpillar 3126B marine diesel engine. (Not for Caterpillar 3126).
Kit includes the following PRO engine zinc anodes:
Notes:
- Early 3126B aftercoolers, as identified by having 6 bolts (not 3) in each of their end caps, cannot accept hex plugs. Instead they require two 5B9169 square plugs with 5B9651 zinc rods.
PRO: "Pulls Right Out"
- Internal retaining ring permanently secures the anode's assembly, yet permits full 360° rotation between the rod and the plug.
- Innovative design eliminates torsional forces that cause traditional pencil rods to unthread or break during removal.
